Return Policy
We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Standard Returns (Changed Mind)
Not feeling it? No problem. Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Item must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
Defective or Broken Items
If your piece arrives damaged or breaks within 30 days, we'll repair or exchange it — your choice. We'll send you a prepaid return label. The item must be returned to us before we can send a replacement.
For defects discovered between 31 and 60 days after delivery, we'll exchange the item or issue store credit. We'll provide a prepaid return label. The item must be returned.
Permanent Jewelry
Permanent jewelry pieces are non-returnable. Once rivet-sealed, they're yours — that's the whole point.
