2. Products & Orders
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and materials accurately, but slight variations may occur between the screen and the actual item due to photography lighting and monitor calibration.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock after payment, or if a pricing error occurred.
3. Returns & Refunds

The Found-ry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wabasha County, Minnesota.
